Moisture resistance
The interior contains millions of closed microscopic air cells which can resist moisture passing through, making the product fit safety for toilet and kitchen. The softening coefficient RW/RO after water saturation is ≥ 0.88.

Easy to build
Light bulk density and easy; Good workability: It can be saved, planed and drilled-easy to install pipeline, etc.

Earthquake resistence
Due to light bulk density, buildings have small inertia in earthquake situations and are not prone to secondary damage.

Thermal Insulation
UB-AAC, with [W (m-K) ] ≤.14, can effectively reduce the consumption of cold air by about 80% compared to CHB with [W (m-K) ] ≤. 12

Environmentally-friendly
The main raw materials are made of inorganic materials that do not contain allergenic substances or radioactive substances. Dry construction method is adopted, and the construction process is clean.

Light bulk density
UB-AAC wall bulk density is about 25% of CHB wall, which can greatly reduce the load of building structure and reduce the cost of building structure by about 20%.
High Precision: UB-AAC wall flatness error is less than 3mm, which can make the wall plastering-free, reducing the plastering layer thickness of CHB single-sided wall by more than 15mm. at the same time, it can greatly reduce the material and labor costs, increase the effective use area of the building.
Time-saving: Large-scale masonry be carried out, without the need of additional steel bar insertion, secondary grouting, plastering, and etc.
