INTRODUCTION OF
AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE ( AAC )
Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), is a lightweight porous silicate product made of siliceous and calcareous materials. its products process involves batching, pouring and stirring, static stop pre-curing, high-precision cutting, high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing, etc.

AAC products were invested in Europe in 1889. The world’s first batch of industrial sand AAC blocks were introduced in 1929 and put into production in factory located in a small Swedish town named Yxhult. AAC grew in popularity in the following decades and its production expanded internationally by 1937.
By 2019, partial statistics show that the global annual output of AAC products has reached 400 million m3 and AAC products have become the preferred high-end building material for buildings in the world. In Europe, early architectural projects with application of AAC products are still intact and have building life exceeding 80 years.
The great performance of AAC products makes it the number one wall material choice for large-scale buildings around the world.
